I purchased these magazines just to give them a try. As we all know, new/surplus steel mags for the PSL are fairly expensive for a current production rifle magazine. I suppose they just don't produce anywhere near the number of them compared to AKM magazines. Anyhow, they are about what you would expect from a $30 poly mag. They seem to feed and function well, have reinforced feed lips but are lacking steel locking lugs front or back, which I find a bit odd. Honestly I would rather have steel lugs than feed lips, similar to many polymer and bakelite AK magazines. That being said I'm rating these at 4/5 stars simply due to the lack of steel lugs, otherwise these mags functioned fine in my rifle.
