New Law Requirements Instructions
As of January 1, 2026
1. Submit an order through the Website.
2. California residents only, print the “AB 1263 – Notice& Acknowledgement” below.
3. Complete and initial all lines along with Date andSignature.
4. You must also include a copy of your valid California IDproving that you are at least 18
years of age. (Please note that the “Ship To” Address mustmatch the address on your ID).
5. Email the completed Form and ID to the following emailaddress

6. Please note that all California orders must be shipped as“ Adult Signature Required”.
Shipping this method will incur an additional fee of $8.50.We will contact you to collect this
fee.
7. Providing the necessary documents only applies to thefirst order placed or until expiration of ID.
8. Since some devices, parts or accessories cannot be soldin California, each order will be
reviewed on a case-by-case basis for processing.
Once required documents have been received, we can thenprocess your order.
